What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are subject to supplier policies.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in are subject to
supplier policy and could be considered as No Show. No refunds will be
given in this case.
If you
have decided to cancel your reservation or need to re-schedule, please
call our 24 hours reservations
- All
tour cancellations must be made 15-days prior to the travel date to
receive a refund minus 20% administrative cost and transfer
- Any cancellation within a 5-day period of the scheduled date is
subject to a One day fare - cancellation fee per person
- You may re-schedule based on availability, 48-hours notice is required
- No refund will be issued if you cancel a re-scheduled reservation
- There will be One day stay fare charge for No Show
We
recommends that our participants purchase travel insurance to protect
themselves against financial loss in the case of personal emergency or
other unforeseen events.
